ASLI Collection started from my love for abayas and modest fashion. I’ve always loved seeing beautiful new styles and how an abaya can make someone feel elegant and confident.

A huge inspiration for me has always been my parents. Their support, love, and encouragement gave me the confidence to start this journey.

I chose the name “ASLI” because growing up, I would always hear my mom describe beautiful, high-quality abayas as “asli.” In Somali, the word means something original, real, and beautiful in quality and that is exactly what I want this brand to be.
